    Founder of Explore What Matters LTD, public speaker and all-round nature enthusiast, the LFG Academy is Scottys "passion project".

    Initially designing and running the programmes he has been the driving force behind Leadership For Good.

    Through the Explore What Matters foundation he has provided the seed-funding required to bring together our founding members and bring new life to the Academy.
