  • Richard is an AC accredited executive coach and highly experienced Leadership Facilitator. He brings over 22 years’ experience designing and delivering leadership internationally, working with organisations such as Salesforce, Google, and the NHS. Richard specialises in helping senior leaders and teams navigate complexity, drive transformational change, and achieve sustainable growth across global and diverse contexts. Richard profoundly believes in the hidden power of young adults to reshape the direction of their own lives, and the world to come  ....for the better!

  • Scotty is the co-founder of Leadership for Good and founder of Explore What Matters, a nature-inspired learning and development agency that works globally with senior leaders, purpose-led brands, and individuals seeking deeper alignment, clarity, and impact. He has 30 years’ experience in leadership development, experiential learning, and leading wilderness expeditions. Scotty’s approach has been shaped through his work with clients including royal families, CEOs, and international sports teams. Whatever the setting, Scotty creates the conditions for growth, insight, and meaningful connection to what matters most.

  • Ellen brings experience from a successful career in City law spanning more than 10 years, during which she worked both as a corporate lawyer advising on complex, international M&A and, latterly, consulting to help legal teams streamline processes and improve efficiency. Ellen is passionate about the outdoors and believes that the future of our planet and our population rely on the leaders of tomorrow having the confidence and skills to take considered and ethical decisions. Ellen is a qualified lawyer, has an undergraduate degree in geography and a post-graduate MBA from the University of Oxford, and a post-graduate degree in meteorology from the University of Reading.

  • She has previously been the General Manager of a global training consultancy, working with clients and colleagues worldwide, and has successfully led and programme-managed countless complex projects across a variety of sectors. Known as the glue that holds everything together, she brings a proven ability to get things done with credibility and impact.

  • Abigail is a marketing and communications consultant specialising in sustainability, social impact and responsible travel. Abigail’s work is grounded in research, having explored eco-anxiety and “futures thinking” during her MSc in Sustainability. Passionate about connecting the next generation with the opportunities she wished she’d had ten years ago, Abigail brings her skills in writing, engagement and content creation to help ensure the Leadership For Good story reaches the funders and partners it needs and young people whose paths it could shape.
