Young adults today are navigating a world facing profound challenges.
Many are deeply motivated to make a difference, yet they carry the weight of uncertainty about how to create meaningful change.
Formal education equips them with knowledge and technical skills, but often neglects the deeper character development needed to thrive as leaders. They may have determination, but too often lack the courage, self-awareness, and conviction to channel it. They rarely have the space for reflection or the networks to help them grow.
What a phenomenal waste — to have talented young adults eager to contribute, yet unsure how to harness their full potential in service of something bigger than themselves.
The Leadership For Good Academy exists to close this gap. We provide the environment, support, and inspiration young adults need to connect with themselves, clarify their values, and emerge as confident leaders.
We work with ambitious young leaders at pivotal moments in their lives and careers.
At our core is a transformative, wilderness-based leadership programme set in beautiful Norway.
It is a 12-day programme underpinned by executive-level leadership content. This foundation programme includes residential phases and a canoeing and wild camping expedition; all facilitated by experienced coaches and outdoor guides.
Away from digital noise and daily pressures of modern life, participants connect with themselves, each other, and focus on what truly matters. By taking the programme into nature, we create a unique space where clarity and self-awareness can emerge. Through working together in small groups, participants learn leadership and social aptitude and how to communicate effectively.
The journey doesn’t end when the paddles are down.
The impact continues well beyond the foundation programme, concluding with a supportive re-entry into the ‘real world’, helping participants turn ideas into courageous action whether in their communities, careers, or creative projects. They also join a lifelong network of alumni, providing ongoing support, inspiration, collaboration and reciprocity for years to come.
